Frank Antonucci - Founder/ Owner
Frank Antonucci is the founder and President of Antonucci Lawn & Garden, a Northern Nevada landscape company he started in 2009. Under his leadership, the company has grown to serve residential, HOA, multifamily, and commercial clients throughout Northern Nevada.
Frank leads the company’s overall vision and direction, with a focus on quality workmanship, strong communication, client experience, team development, and steady growth. He believes doing the job right means more than delivering a finished project that looks great, it also means creating an organized, honest process and work that clients can trust and the company is proud to stand behind.
That commitment to professionalism, reliability, and long-term quality continues to shape the way Antonucci Lawn & Garden serves its clients and grows its team. Outside of work, Frank is a devoted family man, committed Christian, and someone who genuinely enjoys landscaping, construction, and creating outdoor spaces built to last.
Sylvia Antonucci - Co-Founder/ Owner
Sylvia Antonucci is co-founder of Antonucci Lawn & Garden, which she and Frank started together in 2009. In the company’s early years, Sylvia played a central role in its day-to-day operations, managing payroll, invoicing, client communication, and the administrative systems that helped establish a strong foundation for the business.
Known for her attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to doing things right, Sylvia helped keep the company organized and financially sound as it grew. As Antonucci Lawn & Garden expanded and developed a dedicated office team, she stepped back from client-facing responsibilities to focus more on family and ministry opportunities.
Today, Sylvia remains a co-owner and partner, providing backend administrative support and financial oversight while continuing to be an important part of the company she helped build. Outside of work, she is deeply committed to her family, faith, and church, and has spent nearly a decade coaching high school girls volleyball, helping young women develop confidence, discipline, and leadership.
Juan Cervantes - Operations Manager
Juan Cervantes joined Antonucci Lawn & Garden in 2011 and has worked his way from an entry-level position to Operations Manager. With an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Western Nevada College and years of hands-on field experience, Juan helps lead day-to-day operations across the company’s maintenance, irrigation, and construction divisions.
Throughout his time with Antonucci Lawn & Garden, Juan has played an important role in growing and strengthening the maintenance division. Today, his focus also includes improving construction operations, developing more efficient procedures, coordinating teams and schedules, and solving challenges in the field to keep projects moving forward.
Juan places a strong emphasis on quality, communication, and accountability throughout every phase of the job. His goal is simple, deliver work the team can stand behind, build results that last, and make sure clients are satisfied with the finished product.
Jason Taylor - Operations & Logistics Coordinator
Jason Taylor has been with Antonucci Lawn & Garden since 2015 and serves as Operations & Logistics Coordinator. With a background in financial accounting, procurement, cash flow management, and operational support, Jason plays an important role in keeping projects organized, prepared, and moving efficiently behind the scenes.
Jason coordinates schedules, sources materials, communicates with vendors, and helps ensure crews have what they need before work begins. His focus on planning and preparation helps reduce delays, improve field readiness, and keep construction operations running smoothly. He believes strong projects start well before crews arrive on site, with materials ordered early, details coordinated, and clear communication throughout the process.
Known for his consistent and dependable approach, Jason is focused on supporting the team and helping deliver the reliable experience Antonucci Lawn & Garden clients expect. Outside of work, he has been married for 30 years and is the proud father of three children.
Michelle Taylor - Office Manager/ Controller
Michelle Taylor joined Antonucci Lawn & Garden in 2016 and brings decades of experience in construction accounting and administration, with a background in the industry dating back to 1993. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. As Office Manager & Controller, Michelle oversees accounting operations, office systems, financial monitoring, client documentation, and administrative coordination across both residential construction and maintenance.
Her role centers on keeping the office side of the company accurate, organized, and responsive. That includes: managing day-to-day financial operations, monitoring cash flow, supporting contract and billing documentation, overseeing office staff, and helping internal systems stay on track. Michelle’s standard is built around accuracy, consistency, anticipating needs, and maintaining a strong level of quality in the work. Her steady, organized approach helps support the financial strength and administrative clarity clients and team members rely on.
