Meet the Team: Michelle Taylor

A great landscape company depends on more than what happens in the field. Behind every project are contracts, invoices, schedules, financial details, client communication, and countless moving parts that all need to stay organized and accurate.

At Antonucci Lawn & Garden, Michelle Taylor helps keep those pieces working together.

Michelle joined the company in 2016 and brings more than three decades of experience in construction accounting and administration. She has worked in the industry since 1993, holds a Bachelor of Science degree, and is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

As Office Manager & Controller, Michelle oversees many of the financial and administrative systems that support both our residential construction and maintenance operations. Her role includes accounting, financial monitoring, cash flow planning, office systems, contract and billing documentation, client communication, and internal coordination.

Much of that work happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt throughout every part of the company.

Accurate paperwork, organized records, reliable billing, and clear communication all play an important role in keeping projects moving forward. Michelle helps provide that consistency. Her experience allows her to anticipate needs, stay ahead of potential issues, and maintain the structure required to support a busy landscape construction and maintenance team.

For Michelle, doing things right comes down to accuracy, consistency, preparation, and follow-through.

That mindset is especially important in an industry where every project involves multiple people, materials, schedules, changes, and decisions.
